"I have a serious problem with both this franchise and State Farm themselves. At the moment they will not confirm I had insurance on a particular date, so DMV is threatening to suspend my Lic. It took 5 mos. to get a $844 refund from State Farm because they kept collecting $ from a cancelled policy as of 12/21/22. True to form, State Farm then issued me new insurance cards for a cancelled policy (12/21/23) effective in June 2024. The start of the policy was marred from the beginning by State Farm: set up via online and over the phone. They never actually wrote the policy and my Lic was almost suspended then too. I bought the car from a dealership so clearly the actual paperwork was in order. Campisi had to convince State Farm to write a letter to dmv saying they would have covered me in case of a $500,000 accident: sure they would. The real kicker of Carmine Campisi’s operation is that when his employee took a photo of my car…it was never linked to a policy. He just saved it in a folder…since there was no actual policy he couldn’t link it to! No worries, proceed. Keep driving with no insurance….you can’t make this level of of incompetence up if you tried. This business has caused me significant stress in my life. My account has always been on autopay (see first paragraph). I could not possibly imagine what life would be like if either, I had an accident while being uninsured, or I was in an accident with a suspended license caused by State Farm. Your original coverage stemmed from another agency that you were not happy with and were having problems as well. When you stopped into our office for assistance, my team and I went above and beyond to help you. The issue that you were having with the DMV was likely caused by your failure to notify us that you had switched to a new insurance carrier. Much of the information included in this review is false and it is not an accurate representation of this agency's customer service. Our reputation is everything to us, and it's extremely disappointing that you have chosen to use this opportunity to spread false and hurtful statements about us."

I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this State Farm location over any of the others ones I’ve encountered!
